Drag the focus marker in the field, or use the sliders below. Element model: circular piston, radius 5 mm; illustrative source 1 Pa peak at 1 m. No measured acoustic calibration. Color saturates at focal reference; changing focus rescales it. Hann weights are simulation-only.
Tracking: no device samples. Serial connection stages phases with outputs disabled; it does not arm transducers.

The Physical Proof: Real-World Evidence & Science

How do we know this works in real life?

KHORA unifies two real, commercially verified technologies:

1. ASKA3D Optical Plates (AsukaNet Co., Ltd.)

Deployed in real 7-Eleven Bank ATMs in Japan: Keypads float in empty space so users type banking PINs without touching physical glass.

Patent: US Patent 9,678,255 B2 ("Aerial Image Display Device"). Real-image convergence in free air: $d_{air} = d_{source}$.

2. 40 kHz Acoustic Touch (Ultraleap / University of Bristol)

Focusing an ultrasonic array can generate radiation force. KHORA currently reports uncalibrated model estimates; measured force depends on the assembled hardware and target geometry.

$10 DIY Levitation Test: Two Arduino HC-SR04 sensors focused at 40 kHz physically levitate a polystyrene bead in mid-air.

KHORA Engineering DevTools & Code Generators

Radiation Force: ~9.2 mN
